An advocate for healthy hair of all textures, with a great zeal and fervor to add extra length and volume to the natural tresses without any permanent alteration, the idea of Xo Links was conceptualized.

Certified and Licensed with years of experience in the beauty industry, Phylli specializes in a wide range of luxurious, personalized beauty services and understands first hand that aesthetically, the hair frames the face. It is this understanding, guided by the PHILL-osphy “beauty is in the eyes of the beholder ” that has allowed her focus on customers experience that are specifically tailored to every client.
Her passion, creativity and versality propelled her to begin services in Miami, Florida where she resides. The recognition that people want to feel and look good is a universal concept, has influenced this visionary to take operations globally and where best to start but in the capital city of her home country, Jamaica. In 2020, Phyllii successfully brought Xo Links to an overseas market by launching the first-ever micro-links salon in Kingston, Jamaica.
